As long as you have a good call to action. Some say home valuation offers don't work anymore, but you could try that. How about giving a way a guide to selling your home for more money?

I do small campaigns often and have great results with it. You should read Anita Clark Facebook Friday blog you would really get something out of it Fred Hafdelin

Fred,
I have heard Pros and Cons on this. You have to test it for your market?

Hello Fred, I hear that it is worth doing. I am on face book with a personal page and a business page.

I've heard the "Paperless Agents" people in Dallas use FB with great results. I think guides are going to be most effective compared to valuation sites. No reason for someone to go to your site over zillow.

I haven't ever done a FB ad so can't give you any advice, other than to say I don't even look at the ads on the page.

I have heard that Facebook Ads are great, but I haven't tried them myself.

Fred - I am sure if the ads are done right that they will generate leads.

It works for alot of different things I would do this now. It is getting popular. you could corner the market. Narrow it down to what you want. It is geared toward what people like. What their interests are and if they are clicking on other things like this. It is one of the cheaper routes with the most bang for your buck. Like postcards you can't just do it once. Also do certain times of the day for example I generally see the most activity from 8-10am. 12-1 pm and 5:30-8. from my area.

I think the call to action is the most important thing that you can do. I'm starting to see more Facebook ads.

Good morning Fred. A few of my Realtor referral partners use the FB dark pages for campaigns on a pretty regular basis, they must work as I'm sure they wouldn't keep doing it.

I am not sure how that would work. Facebook marketing is trust building and won't happen overnight.
