(I get a lot of rental opportunities I do refer away to my property manager too, as I'm only looking for sales. I don't have a rental service for tenants, only investors & landlords).

AR has been a great source to make referrals. Last year made two and they were successful in record time!

A lot! I have trained my market area to read my posts and they always comment on what I have to say. It's in concert with my print advertisement..it all works together!

To-date, pretty much none. One agent referral that has still come to pass and probably won't for a while.

No one has said they found me on active rain.

Good morning Michael. Blogging is my largest client, but that is in all venues that I use.

The combo of AR and my WP site brings me a ton of leads. It's about 1/3 of my business and keeps growing.  

My AR blog has driven people to my web site.  How many is up for debate but any is good

Very little. Using blog content in mass emails to my database has been a more effective practice for me.

I think it has been 5 or 6 closings. That is some serious coin in addition to all I have learned. 

One that I have kept, several that I have given to others who could do a better job of helping them.

I'm to new.  My expectations are 12 months active participation

In the early days of 2006-2008 a ton.  These days...just getting back into it.

This blog is not to generate businees, it's to make new connections. 

it's worth participating here every day....it generates business.....but other platforms do also....and offline generates just as much!!

An AR rule of thumb I noticed several years ago, based on users comments was that - Success & (and consistent) leads from AR comes on the other side of 1,000 well written and targeted blog posts.

I'm still ramping up here in the Rain, but my other sites do keep me "out front" of the pack of Realtors here. I am assuming in time the Rain will just add more juice to that.

This is a good question.  It appears that most agents are not getting a lot of referrals, but the SEO is working.  I know an agent that did get a very good referral and says blogging works. 

The more i blog the more hits my websites get and since i started back up blogging the leads have started flowing again.

Being active on AR and other sites increases our chances of being 'found'.  No matter where I meet people, including my pre-license classes, people say they feel like they know me.  We need that online presence to be found. ( I might have to develop my answer into a post.)
