10+. You need to be training and learning every day in this business. That being said, I (and many agents) don't look to CE to fulfill this objective. CE is something we do because we have to, but the real training and education takes places outside the CE world.

10! Training and continuing to educate ourselves in this ever changing world it extremely important. Not only does it help better ourselves, training only helps us deal with our customers and clients in a more professional way. Knowledge is power!

Huge!  My answer would be a '10+'!  I do weekly On-Line Classes and have the opportunity to sign-up for different classes at our Realty Company Home Office.  I have also taken weekly classes offered by our Office Manager.  Education is truly knowledge to me, and I'm always excited to learn something new.

Whether in the classroom ... just reading new informative articles and direction .. or learning from peers, you need to constantly be learning in this business.  I always figure the more I'm exposed to and know, the better.  You never know when that little tidbit of info will come in handy in the future.

Be a life learner!

I've been in real estate for over 30+ years and personally I always keep learning. And, ironically, it's usually from someone who is new to the industry. However, the market has changed since I first got into this industry. Heck, it's changing all the time, especially with technology. So, I thank you all for giving me what I felt was the answer. We never stop learning. Kudos!!!!

I would say 'DOING' is the best classroom.

By doing you not only learn but get a whole lot closer to earning.

There's something to learn everyday....it's either new or a nuance...so 10.
