I work with both. I list more but in order to understand what buyers are thinking in any given market it's wise to work with buyers so you can properly advise your sellers !

Every time I have an inpatient or unreasonable seller, I would prefer working with buyers.  Every time I have a difficult or demanding buyer, I would prefer to work with sellers.  Nevertheless, I do work with both.

Mostly sellers.  You can manage your time better with sellers.  I don't like working with buyers that call for an instant showing.  Doesn't work that way in my market.

I've been in the business for 38 years, and I worked with buyers during my first year....I decided THEN that I would be a listing agent....and the only time I worked with a buyer was when a seller wanted to buy locally....

I haven't been active for over 10 years....I market for past team members now.... and they are listing agents!!! none of us participate in dual agency.... we pick a side and stay there!!!

I like working with both. I'm a better seller's agent when I work with buyers and a better buyer's agent when I work with sellers.
