We have buyers, but not much inventory.

Lots of buyers, huge shortage of listings.

I am seeing stabilization on the high end properties. The mid market is still hot with low inventories.

In Los Angles area the housing prices will remain strong, yet, we'll still probably experience low inventory in most areas. 

So far so good! Offers on several homes and multiple offers on a piece of land.. and just got a full price on a high end condo! January is looking good!

Good morning Jeff. There are a number of reasons for the possibility for a recession this year, the stock market is certainly reflecting that kind of thought process.

All of these forecasts will not affect my income for 2016, how about you?

slow, but we're a seasonal lake market and we'll be busy again in spring.

The weak buyers are priced out.

Market looks stable but energy prices are a worry in Oklahoma. However, gas at $1.39 a gallon is also a boost to people's discretionary income.

I see it as coming on strong Jeff. Many people want to buy or sell and I predict a great year. How about you?

19 is looking pretty good.

I did a year end review of 2015 and saw modest gains in price and sales of 2% compared to 2014. I expect the same this year. The Midwest does not have big price fluctuations like other parts of the country. 

It looks like it's going to be another year for the seller.  Like Larry, we have a good handful of buyers but our listings are down and the inventory is low here in Fort Wayne, IN.  

Cold & snowy but still active.  How is your market in rainy CA?

We have a shortage of desirable houses for first time buyers. We have a reasonable level of inventory from mid-market and up. Listings are strong.

Much better than 2016  !  Now let's hope the Stock Market doesn't implode !!!

We are busy bees right now.  I do worry what the election will do to the market.

We are low on inventory again this year, and last year was not the best even then. Not sure of what the year will bring, a lot of uncertainty in the markets it seems, but I look at the long-view, so not overly concerned.

The weather has been good but I am not seeing many buyers.

Jeff Dowler CRS - market is good - though a bit steady I'd say - barring a few towns. Average days on market are going up - however, the prices are still holding tight.

I am seeing a uptick of inventory after the holidays. Its about time!
