I received a phone call today from a recruiter inviting me to a seminar about a brokerage that was opening an office nearby.  Her big pitch was that I'd receive free leads just for attending and that I'd be able to keep the leads even if I didn't join.  I could make big money just by attending!!

It seemed really inauthentic to me.  No thanks.

I've never had any broker give me any qualified lead ever.

I'm a broker, so ALL of them.

My brokerage doesn't generate leads in the typical way.  Other market centers might call with referrals, but we don't have a lead generating website.

None, I generated all of them myself and 50% were client or agent referrals

Our broker does not generate these, they teach us to generate them.

I don't receive Broker generated leads. All leads I receive come from my efforts. 

One, and it was relocation.  My broker does provide us with leads but they rarely pan out.  He provides us with things way more valuable than leads.
