None to-date in Charlotte. We might get some tomorrow. I do not show in this kind of weather--too dangerous, sellers don't want to leave their homes, and people here drive like crazy in this weather.

Zero snow here and it's Jan. 21st! Oh wait it doesn't snow in Miami

 Good morning Sharon. We got a dusting yesterday.

It has been a relatively light winter so far.  Just one or two snowfalls of significance.

No snow right here in Los Angeles, so, all is the same. We had two days of rain, though:) 

We have an inch or so on the ground now, and that wouldn't stop me.  But the eighteen we're supposed to get on top of it will probably keep me off the streets.

Sharon, thankfully, we have not gotten any snow in Atlanta yet.  

Sharon Kowitz it's just beginning of the season. Average in our area is about 40-50", have seen over 100" sometimes and hope we are under 20" this year....lol!

(3-6" is norm in New England...)

We are expecting a lot of snow this weekend. I do not show houses when there are inches of snow.

None, and hopefully we will not have any.  I will show in snow but not when there is ice on the roads.

We've only had a few dustings so far, so nothing worth mentioning. Buyers don't want to do showings IN a snowstorm, but I've gone out and shown houses right after one. I've had to carry a shovel and make a path to the front door on occasion. But so far this year, it's been easy!

None so far. We're suppose to get 2 feet of snow Friday into Sat, so we'll be digging out Sat afternoon. Showings will be slow, but I'll be ready Sunday if anyone calls. It's case by case because many roads won't be passable for a few days.

Good morning Sharon. We have seen a couple of inches, but additional snow is expected on Sat. The forecast is for 2-4 inches.

We can barely handle rain in Los Angeles.  I can't imagine what would happen with snow. 

No snow in Austin!! If it were to snow here no one knows how to drive in the weather and we don't have equipment ready to take care of the snow. Better to stay home (school and businesses will be closed).....it will clear up and be sunny the next day anyway and the snow will be gone!

Sharon Kowitz We had our first real snow yesterday evening. It looks like no more than an inch or less. We are expecting a big one tomorrow through Saturday.

Just a few inches here in the Capital Region of NY & it takes a LOT more than that to stop us.  Unless it's "a biggie", off we go!  :)

We have been lucky so far this year...virtually none. But, it sounds like that will really change on Sat. No, I don't go out when it's snowing for safety reasons.

NADA.... In Dec I saw some flurries above 3,000 sf on the htm top. 

none and I don't show in snow.  Like your area we are not equiped for snow removal and it's not safe. It's rare we get snow and we all stay home and hope we keep power.

The only real snow fall we've had was 8 inches after Christmas. I'm was out showing the next day, shoveling paths to vacant doors.  I should have charged the sellers?

In Denver we have had snowstorms come through a couple times most every week, and have had snow on the ground since beginning of December.   This is pretty unusual, as it usually melts.    Yes, real estate here continues unless it is dangerous to drive. 

Sharon - We do not have to deal with snow, thank goodness.

Dont know what the total is so far but we have about a foot in the yard.  And yes life must go on even when we have lots of snow on the ground.

We haven't had more that 9 inches so far.  I show houses when it is almost 2 feet deep, it the roads are clear.

We only had 3 inches but we show homes even with 3 feet on the ground.  Life doesn't stop just because we have snow.

Snow doesn't stop us here in Fort Wayne, Indiana.  I have a Jeep that can get through anything, and when it snows I carry a shovel just in case.

We get a few inches and then nothing for a week to 10 days and then another couple of inches. I’ll show with snow on the ground but not if it gets too cold or windy.

Not much so far. However, we are expecting 18 to 24 inches with the blizzard this weekend.

ZERO!!!  Thankfully!  I think snow out here by the beach would be a sign of the apocalypse.
