Zip form with built in digital signatures and storage. I believe from today they are not just in CA, but available for any NAR member ( I just actually finished a webinar, since they brought great new features like document management).

I'm only digital for years, unless I must print by request. 

Very little..I am still full paper annd will stay that way for now.. A local agency just lost all their electraonic data... they have a mess.  I do both as of yet

Authentisign and Dotloop. I would 90% of my business is signed this way and the clients love the convenience.

I use the software that Florida Realtos make available to me.  Not sure what it's called.  About 95% of my signing is done electronically.

Docusign is very popular in our area.

Michael - Yes, I have found that clients enjoy signing electronically. Maybe not every form or document is being signed electronically on every transaction, but I would say most of them are. We use DocuSign, as it seems to be easier than another I had tried previously.

Very close to 100% of my contracts are signed electronically - CTM e-contracts available only in Colorado. 

I would say about 98% e signature.  I use ZipFrom to create the docs and eSign which is a part of ZipForm for signatures.

Some clients sign electronically.  It is their choice.  I use a different provider than the ones you identified.

Michael J. Perry our office is paperless for almost 5 years now! (Only some essential documents need to filed as paper.)

And yes, it's DotLoop.

I use Docusign for most contract signing.

My Real Estate projects are all paper contracts, our Forestry Clients are mainly Electronic Contracts.

Michael,  DocuSign and at this point I would say 100% sign electronically.

I am seeing more and more Doc-u-sign.  I would say it is a small percentage of my business now but it seems to be growing in popularity.

In this competitive market...electronic signature is the way to go. Docusign all the way.

It really varies with me. Right now about 85% of my transactions are done with electronic signatures. Most of my buyers and sellers seem to be out of town. When they live in town, they seem to prefer to meet in person. I had one seller refuse to do electronic signatures last summer.

I'd say that about 85% of our transactions are on with electronic signatures.  We use a free system offered by our association called Digital Ink.

I use electronic 99% of the time. I use ZipFormPlus, Dot Loop, and Docusign right now. I am under a new broker now so the transaction I'm in now is my last with ZipForm, and I am not renewing my Docusign account.

A good portion of our business is signed electronically.  It's totally convenient!

All most all of them sign electronically.  The only time they don't is if the seller requires wet signatures.  I LOVE Docusign!!  Dot Loop is terrible!!

For the most part yes.  I use e-sign built in to Zipforms.  It's free and works well.  Docusign has issues with certain devices AND costs money to use.

My clients do sign electronically.  I would say maybe 75% last year as I had more out of town sellers last year.  To be be legal have to use the state approved method, which is Zipformsplus in Wisconsin and Transaction Deck in MN.

Michael, Our office added Docusign capability a couple of years ago.  Unless I'm filling out a contract in person before we leave a house, most of my clients now sign electronically.

95%. I use AuthentiSign through the MLS is my preferred electronic signature provider.

99.99% of my clients use and love electric signatures. So do I. 

100% electronically with authentisign provided through the MLS for two plus years now.
