No, all conversations are over the phone only, any time we need to get an important update or resolve the issue. No time wasting for formal meetings.

Yes, we have a weekly sales meeting and a weekly agent training session.  Our veteran agents attend training quite often as in addition to a set topic, therre is a roundtable for current issues encountered. Everybody has the opportunity to learn from the experience of others.

Our company meets monthly as a team. Our meeting takes a couple hours but its productive.

We have a weekly Office Meeting & New Home Tour Anthony Acosta, sometimes with different speakers (and some are kind enough to bring breakfast - yea!).  We are a small office (50 - 60 people), though Team Angeloni is only the 2 of us.  And yes, we talk work all of the time! 

We have one for the office, and most of the agents actually show up!  We have great training and share a lot of great information with each other. 

No, we keep in constant contact with the agents through emails, Text and phone.

Our office has monthly sales meetings. I have always preferred to meet with team members on an individual basis.

I am not on a team but if I had one I would have 2 meetings a week with different purposes. One would be development and the other recap of work and brainstorming.
