Good morning William. I could care less with an entity like Zillow thinks my home is worth, I put stock in a Realtor opinion.

 Good morning William.  I wish that folks would listen to their home inspector. It would sure save a lot of problems down the line.

I think, we talked about it so much, than each of us can overcome zestimate objections quite easily and without violence:)

I love this "Question", like most REALTORS, I hate that consumers go to websites like zillow and believe what they say.

I truely agree! Especially since I do a lot of new construction and often Zillow has the value of the knock down, rather than the NEW CONSTRUCTION!!!!

Saw this one on Facebook the other day and laughed out loud.

Now, I sometimes wish I could do that.  Even showing some people the fats they will argue

Well, Redfin said my house is worth an enormous fortune - only about $300K over it's market value.  That beats Zillow lowballing me!

A good friend sent this to me the other day from Facebook. What a hoot! Batman always WAS the smart one!

Members of my board are meeting with Zillow reps at our state convention next week. It should be interesting.

William - I am so tired of consumers believing what their Zestimates say about their home value. Most of the time, they are just not even reasonable estimates, and the comps they use are not even comparable.

LOL, there are times when I go to a listing appointment, this information is brought up, but usually my value is higher.  

LOVE IT!!!  I love Zillow though.  It had a 1400sf listing of mine as 2500sf and my 2400sf home as 1800sf.  Such accurate and wonderful information.

I love what Zillow claims my house is worth.  However, for those who are about to list their house, you must come down to reality and let your local realtor determine the true value of your house.

I remind sellers (assuming the Z-estimate is high) that it is a Z “estimate” done by a computer.

Zillow doesn't know your condo is on the alley with a 6:30am wake up everyday with garbage and delivery trucks

This cartoon is hysterical. In Texas we are a non disclosdure state so Zillow is off on their zestiments 20-35%. Not a reliable measurement!

"So tell them to buy it for that price" could be a response. Just because its on the Internet does not make it true!

That is why when considering selling your home, you would want to hire a professional who works in, and knows the market.

If you do that, and you follow their guidance and advice, you will have a much better likelihood of getting your home sold!

The professional.... a Realtor!
