No, because I pick up the phone whenever it rings ... LOL, I've had agents (or customers) call well after midnight and the first things they said, "Oh I'm sorry, I didn't think you would pick up the phone!"  My response, "Well this is not Memorex ... so how can I help you?"

Only on the office landline, which sets realistic expectations for return call timeframe. That outgoing message has my cell/text number and my assistant's on it. If it's critical, we are reachable.

Anthony, I don't have my normal operating hours on my phone message.  If someone gets the urge to list their house on a Saturday afternoon, I'll probably take the call.

Mine says "leave a message and I'll get back to you asap"  I hate creating voicemails and it usually takes me forever to get one I like listening to, so I don't change them once I have them.

No as i am almost always working or should say at least available to take or return calls when clients need. I do set my cell phone to turn off the ringer from 9pm to 7am as calls do come in over night, but do return them first thing. 

I do not include work hours.

Many do that Anthony Acosta , especially limited service brokers. Mine only says to text me for quicker service.
