I have no desire to herd cats!  I have had my systems in place for years and with the technology available, employees are no longer necessary.  (other than my husband of course, who follows directions very well!)

I work solo. My husband has a broker's license and does my books and any "errands" I need when appropriate. Use a closing coordinator, when necessary. Had a team many years ago. Not going there again. Just want to be left alone at this stage of my life to run my little business the way I see fit.

Jeff Dowler CRS Still a solo agent - and do all my 'chores' myself. Time to give the control over to others....as I want to grow a team this year (it was my 2015 goal). My wife is about to join me - so that's the beginning of my team.

I'm kind of a lone ranger type.  No team or transaction coordinator for me.  I feel disconnected from the transaction if someone else is doing the paperwork, etc.  

The sellers hire me and it's me that they get. 

I have a secretary and a personal assistant (who I'm training to become an agent) Jeff Dowler CRS and I still can not keep up.

I am not a solo broker and have an assistant/residential buyer agent while I handle commercial and most listings. BUT I do a lot myself and have systems in place. No desire to grow a team. I have backup when I need it and that is enough.

I've had a Team for 10+yrs.

If your time is worth more than minimum wage then I would seriously think about putting a team together. If real estate is just your hobby, then I wouldn't worry about it.

I loved working as a team with Ron.  We had a blast.  When we opened our offices we hired two guys, and on some of the really big listings, we worked as a team.  The key to a good team is to have self-motivated people.  A

Just me as the broker / owner and the wonderful Kim Gaston as my broker associate as well as expert stager. We are each other’s “team.” It has worked very well. No plans to change.

I am solo with an unlicensed part-time assistant. I am not interested at this time to build a team. Been there done that.

I am a solo agent and have no desire to grow a team.  There is an agent in my office that I am very good friends with.  We cover for each other as needed.

I work alone and have always, however, Larry is one of my back ups and Mandi is my Concierge. I am now developing a team for my land and new construction business.

I'm solo.  Trying to sync up with my assistant to get the full benefit of having her.  I'm finding I'm a bit of a control freak and need to let that go.

I would absolutely consider growing a team.  But see above.  Need to let go of the control freak thing.

Jeff - I am a lone wolf right now. If business were to grow, I would consider hiring others.

I am a solo agent for my company, have tried a few virtual assistants, and one assistant that have not worked out.   I have a TC now set up for the next transaction and HOPE it works, as I could use some help! 

I am as solo as I can get...  No help unless I have to be gone I have an agent that takes over the files

Jeff Dowler CRS - I work solo. I have hired transaction coordinators in the past. I spent more time chasing down things that if I had done it myself. Having worked high tech as a certified project manager, transacting a file is a cake walk. And, being the broker I need to review files and ensure they are BRE compliant. 

Which reminds me, I have 2 files I need to close out today.

when I was active, I always worked as a solo agent...when I started my team, I stopped working as an active agent and referred all of my business....and also marketed for the team members....

Team and Yes

I work as a solo agent; and have a number of agents that do not like working with buyer's so I have a constant stream of referrals.

There is an assistant in each office and are a God send.

Having been on a team once it was a pain in the arse so no to growing one.

Solo agent here, but I do have administrative support of sorts at my brokers offices. 

If I ever grew The Thacker Group, it would only to have my own assistants, not buyer or seller agents. I'm too much a control freak!
