No, I do not use it and have not used it. I did look into years ago but it is just not something feel I need or want to spend time and money on.

I use Hootesuite similar to how Debbie, (Women of Westchester), does. I use it to make sure I have some content posted in advance on my FB personal profile, and going forward, on Twitter--mostly evergreen post on real estate, mortgage news, household tips, etc. to keep fresh content on those 2 sites when I may not be able to post in the moment. I still receive comments from Hootsuite posts but then it's up to me to keep the conversation going. That said, if a "hot topic" is ciruclationg online or in the news, I'll post it, or share someone else's post, immediately and respond to friends and followers who comment.
The FB biz page allows you to schedule in advance within the site so I do that as well. I get a notification when a schedule item posts and when someone comments so I can sill interact with people who respond to something that was scheduled.

Yes, I have used since 2009 or 2010 and find it very helpful. Saves a lot of time. I schedule 4 months worth of posts at same time.

I have downloaded the app, but I haven't done anything with Hootsuite beyond that.

You'll soon learn that the shotgun approach to social media is a futile effort. Social media is designed to be engaging, entertaining, and a two-way street between you and your "friends". Many realtors just throw their crap up and hope it sticks. That's not the way to engage with your current or future clients. Effective communication is the key to having a successful social media presence.

Anthony - I have heard about it, but have never looked into it. Looks like some people like it, while others do not.

I use it for scheduling posts to Twitter only. I schedule them once a week. It works great for me. I've used the free version for years without any issues.

Anthony Acosta heard it's a good tool. Though I do not promote myself on social media - as much as I should....
