No, I haven't. As long as I look like my picture and people tell I do look just like my picture, why update and cofuse anyone?

I have, it is amazing to see some photos of realtors that are about 15-20 years old.

Fortunately no, in my case, since my picture is from the middle of 2015, Mary Yonkers!  I was at an Inspection (where we represented the buyer) and the buyer made a comment about the business card of the seller's realtor, saying 'that looks nothing like her - it must have been taken when she was alot younger!' and that seemed a little harsh to me!  

Yes.  We do new photos every year.  I think it's misleading when I see some of these agents using 20 year old photos.  If a client can't recognize you in person from your photo, that's not a great start to the relationship.

I chuckel alot when presented a card with an old photo.  How can you trust an agent who does not look like their photo.

Mary - I think people would certainly still recognize me, but I could probably use a new photo.
