Doing fine.... we didn't have a downturn in November or December.

Since after Christmas it has been very busy. I have two new clients tomorrow and the rest of the week looks busy too.

Typical holiday slowd down, but activity was OK!

We are the fastest growing area in the state.  Not slowing donw one bit..

December is seasonable slower every year.  We have been having a relatively good winter so sales are picking up again.

my market in Lethbridge Alberta is flat.  Economy is bad with oil prices down, which hasnt hurt prices yet but it has kicked the crap out of the market sentiment which has hurt things.

William Piotrowski we also have similar graph for some towns - though not so true for some towns condo/townhome sales.

We did not see that large a shift, in general, from November to December, but it almost all the communities I service there was a shift up in December sales. Inventory, sadly, has not shifted much yet

we have loads of inventory and have never gotten out of a buyers market

2016 is looking good !

January seems to have a lot of interest from Home Buyers in northern Indiana.

strong ... about the same number of sales as Decemer '14 but average sales price up about 22%  

Listings are down but the buyers are raising their hands.

The Denver metro area sales increased in Decemb er, and no doubt will be even better in January.  It has already been nuts around here.

William - We had a good year in regards to home sales, and December was up from the previous 3 years.

I am in a red-hot Seller's market...prices are up, sales are up, inventory is not!

December and January have been very good.

The first two weeks of the year has closed the same amount of transactions as the whole month of January 2015. Eastvale CA market is on fire.

We have a strong market but the number of listings is increasing.

My market is likewise doing well.  Modest increases every month in number sold and average price.

Since Christmas we are seeing buyers on the buy! 

my town is in desperate need of resale listings....one month of inventory remaining!!!

Overall our market is steady with my listings and sales having been the 2nd best ever in 30 years. The warm weather has kept us busy

Our market remains very strong.

It slowed down during the holiday week, but it picked back up to run away train level right afterwards. 

Good morning William. Doing mortgages in eight states, the numbers are all over the place, in my home state of Connecticut there was a slight increase.
