Your old at any age, it all depends on your willingness to be alive and enjoy every moment of your life.  I have known many in their 20's who are very old.  A

My parents are seniors and they refuse to live in a senior community or go where senior people hang out. They always say they don't want to hang out with old people. 

When my dad was in his very late 80's with totally serious "cognitive issues" he snuck out of the house, drove to his local DMV and got his drivers' license renewed.  My mother was horrified.  We all were. 

I guess if you don't know you are old then in your own mind you are not!

I must be old,, My wife says my driving scares her.  I am not a white knuckle driver and she thinks the car should not weave more than 6 inches even in a strong cross wind

When that little ole lady you walk across the street is your wife !!

When I think I'm old. In my head I'm still only 35! 

I know I've reached that pinnacle when I'm not asked for my ID when I buy adult beverages.  

 Age is nothing more than the state of mind.

Did my Aunt Jean write that?  she's 89 and was scared to death that she wouldn't be able to renew her drivers license, being on her walker!  She Passed!  All she needed was an eye examination.

There are three things to determine if you are old. One is you don't remember things, and I forgot the other two.

My dad is 86 and is very mobile, and has the health and vigor of a much younger man. He refers to his neigbors as "old fogeys" and some of them are 25 years younger than him. I am not sure I've ever heard him refer to himself as old. (He ended up in the ER today after climbing a snow bank. Go figure.)

Old?  Hmmmm!  Bold, Cold, Fold, Gold, Hold, Mold, Rolled, SOLD, Told, ... Nope, I still know how to rhyme.  I'm not getting Older - I'm getting Better.  

Old?  I'm already older than I was before!

It depends on the day. I don’t consider myself old but I am older than I used to be and I live appropriately.

The older I get, the longer it takes me to do stupid s**t. 

The first time I realized that I was getting old was when I realized that professional athletes were now younger than me.

UGHHHHH! About 5 years ago, I backed out of a parking space, into a car that wasn't there a moment before and shouldn't have been there as there was a huge 'NO PARKING' sign there. I cracked his headlight with my bumper, and he shrieked as if it was the end of the world. I called my insurance company, as he continued to shriek that I had caused every ding and scratch on his vehicle since he has owned it. I called Sheriff because he was annoying the crap outta me while I was on hold. He was 89 years old and he didn't know there was a 'No Parking' sign where he had just parked, but I could see it from across the street. His eyes didn't work but his mouth sure did. My insurance covered the 1700 worth of damage. To ONE headlight. Probably a 100 dollar repair. I'm sure they wanted him to shut up worse than I did.

My body tells me daily.

When you start thinking you're old.

Jack - I knew I was old when I could no longer perform athletically like I used to. I have back issues, a shoulder issue, probably need two knee replacements, and so much more.

I loved participating in sports, and I can't do anything anymore.

When it hurts to get out of bed.  Not there yet, thankfully!

You're as old as you want to be.  Some days I'm 80, most days I'm 21.

When your brain says you are old, then you are old.  My brain can't figure out what my age is.  I can't even remember my chronological age.

Since we age every day, we ARE older, so hard to truly answer this question.  However, I would say that "OLD" is a state of mind and hopefully few of us succumb to this notion that one day you accept the label and waste away.  I embrace aging and hope to enjoy life until the end.  I won't dwell on a number that tells me I am old or physical complications....I choose to live.
