I have a camera with a wide angle lens that I use.  I use photoshop to brighten them up a bit and resize them for my MLS.  It works pretty well.

We use drone with go pro 4, sony video, fuji xt-1 still cameras. It is not the camera but time put into angles, lighting, and quantity of crisp helpful imagery. Jimi Hendrix could make a Western Auto Wizard simpliest of guitar wail that would make you cry. But bag the cell phone for the go it all in a hurry. It shows you did not think the photos, video were worth the time to attention. 

Depends on what is handy, I like the storage capacity on my Canon, but sometimes the phone is more available.

They bot take pretty good pictures.

I have a pro camera and lens, but i am impressed with the iPhone especially with the add on lenses available. The camera has 200 parts to it and Apple has over 800 peiople who just work on the camera.

I actually encourage my Agents to use a professional.  Especially when you are listing an upscale property.

It's better for me to use a professional photographer. Im not too camera savvy and I have no real desire to become camera savvy.

Regular camera.  I rarely, if ever take photos from my smart phone. 

In the rare instance, a sold as is house, in which we don’t use a professional photographer I use a camera rather than my phone.

I haven't used a camera in years and really use the IPhone 6 for Facebook postings.  My listings get professional photos.

I have had great success with my iPad! Most prefer those photos over the ones with my camera.

I don't own a camera. If I absolutely have to take a picture it's with my phone. All of my listed properties are photographed professionally. I despise taking photos and despise being in them.

I have one of those old Kodak cameras and it works GREAT for us.  We sell 17 billion a year.  

Canon 5D Mark iii and we will never use a smart phone for taking real estate listing photos.  Tiny sensor and narrow lens view plus especially poor performance in low light.

6 Plus has a 8 MP camera, so it does very well. I also have a very cool mount for my iPad Air and it has a wide-angle lens that slides into place, hot shoe for both the 24 LED light I have and the microphone. It all mounts on a tripod too!
