Jeff, any blog that will help with marketing and helping other in the real estate community.

Depends on my mood and how much time I have.  I always seem to be most creative while driving but haven't figured out how to write a post while driving. 

I love it when inspiration hits me out of the blue. Sometimes I might be doing something else and all of a sudden I think...that would make a great blog post. I got hit with a bit of inspiration today. I think the post turned out nicely and already another member has re blogged it. 

I love writing blogs where I am sharing an experience or a tutorial on something that I have learned, since I am normally in a teaching mode.

I LOVE to write about a listing. I don't love to write a market report.  I will continue to write them of course as they are heavily trafficed, but I do not enjoy writing them.  I am however proud of the post when I'm done.  It's just not a fun write like a listing

I like to write about experiences and FAQ posts because I imagine I am talking to a client or prospect. I least like market reports and stats. I try hard to make mine interesting and there just isn't that much you can do with them.

Hi Jeff I use blog posts as an opportunity to finish research or a project and carry over learned information into my business or with future conversations with prospects.  

You blog post in round robin fashion the cycle you need. It is not liking or disliking that makes them worthwhile to the total outcome. In a personal blog stream, have at it with the favorite topics. But with the real estate blog, do the work horse blog posts about the FAQ topics. Then use them in email links for answers to save you time telling the tale over and over and for the online exposure, greater reach. I love properties, I love my area, I love the process of real estate list and sales... there is plenty of fodder.

I need to be inspired by something, and today was one of those days. Seeing someone else's pain, not something I would normally write about. But I thought it was apt.

the day I joined ActiveRain, lenn harley told me to write what I know.... so, on that day, I decided I'd stay focused on New Construction, Land, Listing Property and Marketing.... that's what I know...

I prefer photo blogs and localisms. 

I do not like to write blogs for the monthly contests because I prefer to select my own topics.

My favorites are listings --- the more, the better.  

I don't share recipes because no one wants that.

I don't share jokes because no one wants that.

I like writing market reports and I openly admit to being a bit of numbers "geek." 

Famous and sometimes not so famous people and their struggles to get the notoriety.  For me it makes for fascinating reading

Jeff Dowler CRS I like to write about market - I may not get many comments from member (though I wish I do), it has so many views - total of about 6,000 view/month of my 7 weekly market reports. Like that.

I like to write ones with a creative twist. I want others to smile when they read it and remember it later.

I love marketing! I find I am most creative then.

I don't have a favorite, but I'm not to fond of market reports

Listings are easiest.  Personal stuff is the hardest for me to write as I am a boring person, and don't have anything for someone to laugh about.

Something where I can talk about a real life experience in my business and also not be afraid to let "Chris Ann" show.

Jeff - I like writing posts that help consumers, whether they are buyers, sellers, or investors. I want to provide them valuable, real world information they can use.

I love writing market reports.   This gives me knowledge of every city, neighborhood, etc.

It varies by my mood, what is rambling around in my mind and time available.

Local market reports. It keeps me informed of the latest market trends so that I can best represent my clients.

I like the seller or buyer questions. Those are my favs.

I don't like writing forced posts for contests. I stopped doing them just for that reason. Last one was about the AR 'W' thingy.

I love the contests because they are an inpiration to write .

Jeff, I like to tell a story in my posts.  I feel it allows me to show more of who I am and how I do business.  Market reports … not so much.

Of business, there is no end to data available. I like to address the wholeness factors, the psyche and soul which is the core of the person. From there, all things become possible and obtainable. Heart & character driven dynamics

There are so many things to post on your blog..I like a variety of things..my real estate market..my listings..my grandchildren..my community..about the city of Austin...I agree to Ron and Alexandra Seigel Life in general is wonderful!

Postings that will entertain, inform, and educate.  

As a mentor/trainer, I enjoy doing educational posts of all kinds for new agents, particularly about blogging effectively.  When I was an active agent, I most enjoyed writing local posts about the area.  

Anything that comes to mind that I have an opinion about, that I think will be of interest to others, and that I might hear differing opinions about from others...

It varies with my time and mood Jeff. 

Like them all. Some write for fun, some provide market reports, and seemingly my niche is trivia!

My favorite are real life stories that share a lesson where others can learn from it and perhaps avoid the same pitfall

I like to showcase the best and wonderful of my city including listings and events. Oh and of course the gorgeous beach shots!

Favorite types.

Instructional. A blog that addresses a problem, real or perceived.
Providing 'where the rubber meets the road' solutions, real or perceived.

#2. Motivational. Because it motivates me!

#3. Don't like to blog about high society. The why should be obvious.

I like posting about my city. I love it and share my love through pictures on many networks.

I do not do video posts, but one day I'll venture:)

I'm learning to love market-related posts.

I don't like blogs that slam a persons character and I love blogs that make me smile
