I have thought about writing a book about my experiences as a real estate agent. It would be non-fiction but would read like fiction.

I also want to write a short book to share with my siblings and other family member of stories I have about growing up. I have started that one and have about 15 chapters so far. I have a really good memory and my perspective of the situations is much different than my brothers and sisters. I sometimes wonder if they were raised in the same house as I was. 

Eleven years ago I retired and moved to Mexico. One of my goals was to write a book based loosely around my life. I got as far as making lists of points for a manuscript but decided I did not have the expertise to make it all gel and "shelved" it. I have quite a few new chapters to add now i.e. recession,moving back to the states, re-entering the work place.....

I really haven't... I prefer to read them.

I actually started s book, it's considered fiction but to be honest real life inspires much of what I wrote. I have 210 pages done and only need about 75 more.

Yes as a matter of fct as a chiled I wanted to be an author and actually wrote and directed plays when I was in fourth grade. The plays were fiction.

Nonfiction, I worked at a Maximum Security Womens Prison in the crisis unit for 5 years! I have lots of stories.  The prison housed all the death row woman for the entire state.......  (before my real estate career)....

Most AR bloggers are closer to a book than they can imagine.

Simply compile all your blogs into a 'doc' and submit to a ghost writer. If you place JL/JS in blogs, no one wants to read them UNLESS they are 'famous.'

These writers will keep your personality, your content and make you famous.

Don't know one of these? You local community college is full of PHD's who see their job disappearing via 'on-line' instruction. OR you can find companies who offer this service via a big G search.

I would love to write a historical fiction. Best of all worlds 

Yep, I wrote a book, fiction, but haven't done anything with it. It's still sitting in my computer. One of my 2016 goals is to self-publish it.

I did, The Irreverent Guide to Real Estate.  I'd love to do a novel, but I'm so much better with non-fiction.

I would do either one. Non fiction would be easier for me, because of my journalism background and I'm good at researching.

In my other business I narrate audio books for Amazon, Audible.com and iTunes. Being a narrator prompted me to write a non-fiction book. I am 30,000 words into it.

Both and enjoyed giving and receving from this. There are books in everyone

I do not read non fiction, unless it is old and wonderful.

A lot of realtors have their books about.....real estate, of course. Utube often selects for me commercials '' I have the best selling book <> but today I give it to you for FREE!''

Non fiction and it would be about all the crap I've seen living at the end of a cul-de-sac.  It's stuff no one would ever imagine.

If I were to write a book about let's say experience in my real estate career, it would be non-fiction but read as fiction to most readers!  :-)

I have thought of writing ebooks.

Truth is stranger than fiction.  My story of real life would be incredible. I've thought of it often but know that there are far too many books out there and getting it promoted is nearly impossible.

I am currently writing a book.  Blocking time to write is critical otherwise we just never seem to get to it.

Yes, I have on two different occasions, on two different topics Sandra Graves.  One would be on my Memories of My Mom, and the other would be about my past career.  So one would be non-fiction, and one would have to be humorous fiction to protect anyone that I have met!

I am in process of writing an ebook for my website now.  It's based on helping customers with their flooring.

oh yes, and fiction for sure.  Murder/mystery.  I've actually named and developed characters in my head and piddled on some chapters.
