I have worked SOLO so far - today only my wife joined with me as a team member! Most likely she will be an assistant - to begin with and will have more responsibility as time passes.

I plan to build a full-fledged team - soon.

I am a solo person. I see the value in teams, but in my area I have seen too many teams fall apart. I'm not willing to share my ideas and expertise with others to have the team fall apart and those people go solo and use my ideas. 

I am a solo agent with a part time assistant. It works well.

It takes a crew to keep this ship moving along, I like it that way.

I had an asst. for about 4 years and a partner who passed from cancer after 2 years so now I'm solo

Always solo even though my husband was agent. I focused on residential and his focus was commercial/industrial

I have worked many different ways during my career. During the last 20 years, I was the rainmaker for a group of RE/MAX associates to whom I referred buyers and sellers.

I work as a solo LO, but I do have an assistant and my processor is in-office, too.

I also work as a solo agent, but like Kathleen Daniels have a team of people I use to support my business (lenders, home inspectors, contractors). I have hired out for a virtual assistant when I've been too busy to handle all the paperwork.

I am a solo agent but use a transaction coordinator on every deal. I also occasional use a free land marketing/admin when needed

My husband is my partner no assistant and then we have one team partner who is doing excellent right now around $5M in the first 45 days of the year

We have always worked as a team, Ron and I.  When we had our own brokerage, we were five on the team, which included an assistant for all of us.  Everyone was a self starter and did not need to be motivated or prodded.  That is what made the team great and lots of fun. A

when I was active, I always worked alone....and with no assistants for paperwork....I did my own agreements....

when I had a team, I was the marketer.....

now I have no team and do marketing for one team and one agent....

It is just me with the exceptional Kim Gaston as my broker associate and back up. I have managed many, many people in the past and enjoy not having to deal with that anymore.

Solo.

My team is comprised of a top professionals that support my business. However, I "work" solo.  It works well for me.

We are two Broker/Owners so I have a partner and my team consists of 30 Agents.  I don't have an assistant and feel OK without one.

I currently work solo.  I have a transaction coordinator for behind-the-scenes work and does not have contact with my clients.  

I am a one person operation by choice. When I first started, I didn't trust anyone in the mortgage broker business, so I did everything myself. In 2003 I hired a processor with 12 years experience, but too many times I had to review the file for one reason or another. She got pregnant, was on bed rest, so she quit. Best thing that every happened to me. I've had up to 80 loans in the pipeline and did all the processing myself. I woke up a 2 AM with a list in my head of the things I needed to that day. That was a little too much, but I'm fine with even half that amount per month. Never afraid to work harder.

I work solo.

But my ambulatory security system called Sasquatch my take exception.

Then there is the guy who does the online marketing.

Then there are those who cobble together the videos.

And those who create the source media.

The printer and delivery folks.

The REMAX Realtec office folks who make sure the calls come to me.

And my accountant, attorney, and the hard to find proof reader.

The coach, the mentor and the broker looking for what's due this month.

Yes, I work alone, solo.

I work most efficiently by delegating the paperwork & transaction processing .

I work with my husband and it's just the 2 of us. These days he does most of the "heavy lifting" and I'm the "assistant".

Solo, but just hired a transaction coordinator and hope this helps with a brisk business this year!

Solo. No assistants, unless you consider my husband who does the books and taxes, and runs the occasional errand an assistant. Have not used a virtual assistant in well over 12 years. When I need to, I use a closing coordinator.

I work solo, though I have another associate who we exchange help when needed.

I work for myself, at a team of 30 and as low as 2. I am currently seeking a new assistant but no luck so far with the irght person
