My goal setting goes out 5 years as an exit strategy to leave the business. We should gross over $1 million this year, stay highly profitable and add about $40,000 this year in positive cash flow rental income. This will be accompanied by our annual 30 days of vacation. A great career is important, a great life even more so.

I missed my goal for January by 2 inspections and $700

I'm blaming it on Snowzilla!

We always set our goals each night for what we want to accomplish the next day. It's so much easier to accomplish them when you can break them down into micro segments. Our goal this year is to get a couple start-up companies up and running. One company will go live this spring and the other company will go live at the end of the summer. We just keep knocking a little out each day.

I blew up everything & started over this year with new ideas. So far, I'm stuck in a few different areas & you just reminded me that Feb is just about to start ... eeek.

On target, but it is early in the year!

I set one goal and yes so far so good.

I did not set any goals that I  cannot achieve.

I was on track for the 1st 3 weeks of the year.  4th week on track for appointments but not sales so I have some catching up to in Feb (or March).

this is prob due to snow.  Most years, I'm a bit behind in Jan/Feb but make it up Mar/Apr.  

Small goals throughout the week, month. I always do better than I expected.

Good morning Alan. All the goals that I set have to do with the amount of referrals that I will give out throughout the year, am right on course.

On track and encouraged by the increase in business right now ... seems a little earlier than I thought.  No complaints.  Bring it on!

Alan May - I have my business goals for the year broken it down to quarters. Slow start of the year (Which is usual in New England), however, with light winter, I will be ahead of my goals this year - or I'd say, I hope to...

Doing all right but you can never tell what tomorrow will will bring. I am positive but it's day by day.

I make sales goals every year however this year I made a listing goal that I am working towards..

I don't micro watch my goals...60 to 90 days is more normal for me

So far so good.  I can still get out of my driveway!

I moved my "Making a healthy Bob" goal to the top of the list 13 months ago, and I am doing very well at it with more progress than my doctor thought possible.

I feel goals are limiting. Am going all out this year, and so far it's been quite a ride.

I am on track with my goals.  

I had a horrible second half of the year with signed contracts being broken due to people not getting mortgages, I'm gonna insist on pre-quals this year on all sides of a deal!!

On track and even better than I'd hoped. I also have a lot of personal time and travel on the books. Looking forward to that.

I set my goals before the New Year so I can hit the ground running and carry the momentum from the previous year. I ended last year strong, and I am well on my way to hit my goals this year.

I set process and activity goals more than end result goals. So far the year is great.

To continue what I did this year, it worked! 

So far ... I'm killing it. January was an amazing month for me as was the 4th quarter of 2015.

I'm working on it. This year I have a lot of plans and changes.

my job description has changed, so my goals are completely different.....I do marketing and have dissolved the team concept....

My short term goal was to continue the success from fall and early winter into the new year by listing more homes. It has been one of the best Januarys i have had. Now to keep it going into spring.

My only goal was to put one foot in front of the other each day and do what I know I need to do to sustain my business momentum... so far so good. Feet are moving the way they should.

This year I actually wrote out a marketing plan for this year and am keeping to it and hopefully it will bring me results. Can't say right now because its too early. You will have to ask this question again.
