Excellent suggestion and if we could keep inventory for any amount of time here in Louisville, I would surely be doing it.

Absolutely and I make sure I contact all my sellers at least once during the week too. Some more often depending on their communication preference.

I don't even if a home is vacant. Maybe every other week. Occupied homes... not... I put the fear of God into my clients to keep it looking good. And majority of our homes are in HOA communities... if owner isn't maintaining the exterior they get a polite, strongly worded letter in about a NY minute. Besides, most of my properties sells so quickly there's no need to go out weekly.

Once upon a time it was necessary. Now they don't last long enough and that is a good thing!

Good morning Paul. When I was in the business, I absolutely checked my listings and to make sure the signs I had up were perfectly straight.

Good morning Paul. Good to see that you do, most don't.

Some of ours are on the other side of the state, vacant forest land in a unique niche.

Our homes go pretty quickly, but if they are vacant, I do go by often to ensure everything is locked up.

Paul,
We like ours under contract in just a couple of weeks. If it is vacant we check on them.

Paul - Absolutely need to check vacant listings weekly just to make sure everything is okay, especially if owners have moved out of town.

Paul S. Henderson, Realtor, Broker, Tacoma Washington that's where my weekly reports help me to stay on top of it.
With new 7-day outlook, I also get to know absorbed homes and new inventory every week.

Our MLS gives us 50 slots for saved criteria. One of mine is for new or changed listing with the past 15 days. I'll check that several time a day and then can update the other 49 saved searches whenever something changes or has been added.

Absolutely along with communicating with my sellers many times during the week. Many of my listings go under contract quickly so I'm in communication every other day with something.

Yes, if not more often, as most are vacant Paul S. Henderson, Realtor, Broker, Tacoma Washington. Here with desert landscape, the curb appeal does not change, as most have landscapers out only on a quarterly basis. We do check to be sure the Flyer Boxes are not empty.

I do not visit each property every week. I've taken a a different approach with that over the last few years. I believe it's the sellers responsibility ultimately, not yours.
I will say that most agents leave the place a wreck after showings. No class or care for other peoples property. But I digress .....
