What it is, is an assessement of change that came out of the 2012 ReThink NAR initiative and was organized by the Swaenpoel T3 group. I would recommend people rwead it, just like I tell people they should study new business models that are disrupting and changing industries like Uber, VRBO, Legal Zoom, etc.
