If I have a Buyer that is interested, Yes.

Have not done FSBO's, and have seen very few signs in our community over the last 5 years Anthony Acosta.  From what I have read, they usually 'last' for a matter of weeks, and if there have been no Offers, they then go to a realtor. 

Anthony - I have not tried to get listings by going after FSBO's.

I do not go after them ... that is not my style.  I have engaged with FSBOs and offer my expertise.

To a degree, I market to them, but I don't pester them. No phone calls, I wouldn't want that done to me.

Never. But several have contacted me after they could not sell it on their own. I only take the listing then if they are priced correctly.

You just have to make sure you are not calling to solicit them if they are on the do not call list.

As they have probably at one time or another been missed informed or educated, yes!

Sure.  If the seller is motivated and the property is priced right.  There is no doubt they want to sell.
