I dont know but many of them are making me nervous, and I am certain that the communist will not be very good for real estate or any kind of business.

It's not who is better since they all have their fingers crossed behind their backs and pat each other on the back when no one is looking. It's what career politicians have grown barnacles from overstaying their purpose that need retiring and who can replace them who serves us, not self-serves. Well Trump just for real estate as he gets the whole business from residential to commercial.

Well, this could be quite the complicated answer.  Most would say the republican party would be better for the economy. However, that's not considering the fact that we have over $45 million Americans living in poverty, and homeownership is just not possible for them. They aren't forgotten however. I'd say the party and the candidate that will take care of them, as well as the other Americans who work hard but still struggle to make ends meet, to bring them up to the level where homeownership is possible. That's what would be the most beneficial to the future of real estate. I guess it begs the question, do we want the few owning more real estate, or do we want the rest of Americans to have a chance at homeownership? I think the answer to that question is a good place to start.

Anybody other than Hillary, Bernie, Bloomberg - or a candidate from the GOP establishment (which includes Ted Cruz).

They all lie - promising the moon and starts ... and rarely, if ever deliver.

The party that supports our industry. 

If the goal is real estate to devolve into Trash Talking, Trumph would be the leader of the pack.

If it is realized folks need to have economic stability in order to purchase a house, in that reality the Gov from Ohio is my preference.

If ones goal is we all live in the same house...vote of hillary.

It doesn't matter as long as nobody shuts the goverment down again. That cost me a lot of money.

I don't think the President makes a big difference for our industry. Congress matters more.

I do like Joe Pryor's answer but I'm not sure I want to see that party's candidates -- we always need to be mindful of getting what we wish.   

I have not identified who will be best for the future of real estate.

As for which candidate is best, it is still yet to be seen however i can tell you with Democrats sliding all the way to left and wanting to take away from those that work the hardest and give it those who dont, homes could be next on their list. What happened to if you want something you work harder, longer and achieve it on it your own and dont expect a government hand out. You want a good job. stay in school, study hard, learn a skill... many of these entry level or service jobs were never meant as a career choice working in fast food.
