This is our office producer's stuff. I don't know what any of it is really, I just mic up and talk.
He does really good work and makes a giant dufus like myself look good.
We've also done videos with the smart phone.

I use my SLR but if you want professional editing I have seen offers of videos for between $200 and $500 bucks. If I have multimillion dollar listings I think it is worth it.

I've tried to do a couple of videos, and they were bad enough to not post anywhere. I tried with an iPad mini and my camera.

No, I am not paying any cost, Because I have my own iPhone and the picture from my iPhone was awesome and amazing. When pictures are blur then I call apple customer service number and they provide me best way to capture all things.

Right now I use my old camera, mounted on a tripod, which is mounted to a whelled dolly so I can make a virtual tour. Cost maybe $80 for the tripod and dolly combo. I make the videos so I have creative control and own the end product (good or bad).

I use one of the Action Cams (like a GoPro, except I use the Sony 4K version). These cameras have great resolution, are pretty easy to use, and you can also use it for other things!

Good morning Jeff. One of my referral partners is a videographer and price is never an issue.

All of the above. It depends on my mood and what I'm shooting. I have all the equipment I need for pro videos but I hate lugging all that stuff with me so I use my phone most of the time.

Jeff Dowler CRS for market reports video, I use POWTOON services. And for real video - I used my smartphone (not a good idea for sure.)
Videographer could cost you about $500 I think.

For our virtual tours we pay someone. It's around $80. For the videos I do on YouTube I use Moviemaker, but it's basically still photos to music with information slides. Not really a video!

Mostly I use a camera I picked up at a rummage sale. I have used my phone but the camera I'm using was made for videos and even though it's only a $30.00 camera new It does a good job.
