Milestone birthdays are simply a number!  As long as I'm the green side of the grass, I'm happy. 

I am actually looking forward to that one because acquiring medical insurance has been a real pain in the A&$ the last few years. Medicare here I come.

Don't worry about any of your birthday numbers.  You are the younger today than you will ever be again.  Enjoy each and every day remembering that.

I didn't like turning 55 because it reminded me of the speed limit - 60 was fine - 65 comes in 2 years and I think I will be in a state of total disbelief

And, noooo. The last time I was stressed about an age was 40, which was dumb. 50 was great and 60 is coming and as long as I'm invited to the party, I'll celebrate!

      When I hit one of those "milestone" birthdays, I thank God that I made it that far, and I thank God for the life that He has given to me.

 No. I know people who are 20 years old and they are ancient. I know people who are over 65 and they are young. It's all in your state of mind.

That is young considering how many more years of us who will live....

Havent quite gotten there yet but 30, 40 or 50 didn't seem to bother me.

65 is only a speed limit not a restraining age.

No Will Hamm I'm accepting that I'm old and my days are numbered but the number itself doesn't bother me.

Age is just a state of mind. I blew past 65 years ago. 

my last birthday was 50, didn't bother me a bit

If I were 64 and did not turn 65 I would be upset.

Not really as long as I have my health.

For reasons that are unknown to me 19 was the only year that mattered. Why I thought 19 meant I was now an adult I do not know but 40 or 60 mean nothing to me now...

Just had a birthday (recent blogs) and proud of it.   Every day the good Lord gives me is another day to positively touch another human being.

100 would be a downer, here's why:

Turning 65 is just getting me warmed up.  The next year I get to add Social Security to my other income and look out!

Why worry about the things that you cannot control. Have a beer and wait for 70 to hit you!

Way beyond that number Will.  Hang in there cowboy, you'll get there sooner than you think

Well, I'm a woman, i do not like birthdays and do not celebrate them anymore. 

 Not there yet, #40 was tough. 50 didn't bother me. It's just a number, Right? 

When I hit 30 I was not happy.  Now it doesn't matter.  It is a number.  I don't feel my age and that makes me really happy.

Turning 65 in a 45 zone can make one upset.

Regrets, created during non-recoverable 65 years can cause unhappiness.

Knowing 65 is most likely closer to the finish line than the start should cause greater focus on ones legacy. When asked, 'What's the secret?" have something meaningful to share.

Considering the alternative, Will, NOT. Then again, I can report to you THERE IS LIFE AFTER 65! I'm here ain't I? Think of it as the 26th anniversary of your 39th birthday.

40 is starting to scare me...

I turned 60 and it just makes me realize my time here is very precious.  I don't get upset as tht just wastes my time I have left

No, but each of those milestones does remind me that I need to get to work or I will never finish my list before I run out of time.

It shouldn't but I'm not so fond of "almost 50" so we'll see what happens with 65.

Nope, not breathing anymore would upset me except I wouldn't know to be upset.

Hope it wasn't too bad Will, as many have said, insurance will be cheaper now!

I'll be turning 70 in September and I can compete with 40 year olds at the gym....their jaws drop when I say I'm too old to be doing this stuff at almost 70....  if you're healthy and have a "body age" that's much younger than your actual age, you're golden!!

Not as much as not getting there.

Just think of it as the legal speed limit on most free ways. And next year plan a trip down Route 66! Oh and no it does not bother me.

I have a ways to go, but no, I will admit that I don't deal with Birthdays well at all. I know why, but this is not the place, ha ha!
