NONE.  My local board is horrible.  They forgot years ago that they are owned and work for the members.  Currently there is talk of a mutiny and it will be abandoned by most professionals in my area.  This will be a good thing as they are complete idiots.

The MLS is by far the best thing you get being a Realtor. Every other benefit combined would not equal the same benefit as the MLS.

The reality is that you don't really have a choice if you have not properly weighed your options. 

Worked with a buyer today who looked at FSBOs on Z right beside my listing on Z. You DO have options, but using them will take courage.

Our forms and hotline are not local, they are through Florida Realtors.

I love to belong to the Honolulu Board of Realtors. With their 7,000 plus membership, they offer so many educational options which help me in my brokerage in California as well. Their Matrix MLS is dynamite. I do belong to one in California, but any others I would only sign up for their MLS.One association in each state where I hold a broker's license is enough.

The networking is awesome and the free education classes are a great value. We have a very involved Association.

Our association handles the MLS.  We get legal advise.  Training classes are required for MLS training and orientation.  Of course they handle lock boxes.
