I don't but my husband does.   He was with C21 agent many years ago and sold a ten acre farm to the German born wife of a returning service member as a surprise with the money she had saved that he had sent home.   He said the man just fell to his knees and cried when he saw it because the soldier had grown up on a farm and told his wife that was all he wanted to do when he got home from duty.   My husband said it was one of the best days of his sales career.

Yes I do. I wrote a lease purchase contract for a married couple that were teachers. It had a two year close date but Surprise in less than a year the buyers called and said they had all their money together and were ready to close. They had saved $10,000 for their downpayment.

Yes, but since it was my first deal, I was paid almost nothing by a broker. 

I remember it well and I'm friends with my first clients. They are wonderful couple, and they had no idea it was my first transaction. 

Yes,  I remember my first client and my first deal,  different clients.  They were my first 2 closings.

My first listing was an old friend and former colleague.  My first settlement was a floor call.

I remember my first deal.  I sat at an open house and sold it.  I did this again 2 more weekends in a row.  My first month was 3 sales over 4 weekends that I did 4 open houses.  Still a record for my market I am sure.

Yes. I listed a house with a tenant; the tenant bought another house I had also just listed, then someone else bought the one she had been renting. 4 sides in 3 months from that one listing. I had no clue what I was doing, but the tenant/buyer was an inactive OR licensee and made it easy, and my broker held my hand.

I absolutely remember my first client. Single guy bought a nice condo in the suburbs. Unfortunately he lost in to foreclosure when the market crashed and short sale lenders were still forcing borrowers to sign promissory notes . My client refused to sign the $45k promissory note and they foreclosed. I have stood in touch with him over the years but he doesnt plan on buying another house anytime soon.

I do. An attorney friend of mine got a personal injury award for one of his clients and she was a poor woman. He made her buy a home cash as part of his agreement with her and I sold her a $15,000 home in December of 1989.

I remember very well. He was a walk-in on floor time. Short version - I listed and double ended a 2-family home he owned a few blocks from our office. The next year I listed and also double ended his other 2-family home

I remember my first closing at a loan officer.  They brought their wild child, who, while we were signing closing docs with a notary, decided to try and climb our window blinds like a ladder.

I use it time and time again.  Had a lead handed to me by a newbe on the updesk and we split 50/50.

As it turned out I did 100% of all th ework and sure it was not happy but so much better off from that day forward.

In teaching new agents the value of 50/50 the latter story comes in handy.

I think it was a buyer.  It was an acquaintence of my husband.  Deal was very ordinary which was good for a first transaction.

Mine was owner finance and went pretty smooth.  The owner is a builder so they had their own financing program.  Win/Win for both parties.
