part of me says no, however we all make judgements of others. if it came down to little things to sell a house, or buy a house, sometimes..... decisions can be made on little things... so sometimes, it all adds up.. and for the record you can overdress as well :)

I've never had anyone dress in an outlandish way. I guess I'm with whatever the buyer chooses to wear. I'm all about them and me feeling comfortable.

Yes, I do care.

Looking like a billion dollars or like you just awoke from skid row does effect those you will meet. The full service listing agent at the houses you show WILL take note and respond appropriately.

Meanwhile the agent of the skid row buyer has lost 'currency' in the eyes of those with whom they must work in the future.

Has the way a buyer client dressed compelled me to do anything? NO! They tend to possess a reasonable self-awareness if they can afford a house in my area.

PS: Dear buyer, there are way too many cameras watching everything you do. Thinking you can dress anyway you please can have a life long affect.
