My daughter tells me I should "act my age" all the time.   How would she know what that means ?   I told her that's the one manual I have not  read.   We've only got one shot at life and I say live it to the fullest.

I'm not telling which of those two ladies in the picture is me, so don't ask.

No, I have no compulsion to be or act silly by dictionary.com standards. However, the perception of others may cause them to judge differently.

I do like to live in the moment, and such exhibitions of vulnerability may be judged silly by some. However, what vulnerability brings to my life is far from being weak-minded.

I am always guilty of admitting "I just want to have fun" and in so doing don't take the laments of my life too seriously.

Acting silly, may allow others to loosen up and not take themselves so debilitatingly serious.

Sometimes I do it without trying or so says my wife!
