I don't want to overload myself or saturate an area to the point of annoyance so I do 100 pieces at a time and give it a two week rollover before hitting the next area.   That doesn't count regular hand to hand distributions and reloads in racks or other business locations.

It depends on the farm, of course.  I never sent out less than 200.  it was the bulk rate minimum with my mail handler.

The neighborhood sizes range from 100 to 500.

10 a day until I've covered them all, wait 2-3 weeks and start the process all over again.

A comprehensive evaluation of the farm area is done each time because postal routes are always changing.

I send out by EDDM route.  About 600 pieces.

I send out 500 pieces every other month to a neighborhood as property value reports.  There are over 2800 homes in the community, so I picked the streets where I wanted listings.  It works.

I read this question twice and I think you are asking about repetative mailings to your farm. Minimum once a month. If you list a house it should be followed up with a just sold also.

Last mailing I shared with an associate and we sent out 500.

It all depends on how big the neighborhood is.. 150 -200 most of the time.

200 to 500 depends. I do it regularli though.

When I did send out mail the number varied on the area.

I try to send no less than 200.

I have not sent in a long time.

Try to send to the entire neighborhood I am farming. If it is too large, concentrate on a certain niche!
