With rare exceptions staging and professional photography is included in all of our listings. It is included as a part of our commission. We don’t give the seller the option to be cheap and then hold us responsible for less than optimal results.

I'm surprised at the answers so far and that people want and/or expect the agent to do it and/or pay for it. 

Tony and Suzanne Marriott, Associate Brokers I'd say, about 2/3 of them want the home to be staged - and at least agree to meet the staging consultant.

Some are and this is a good point. A stagger can make or break a sale. Right Sharon Tara 

I have had none request it but have suggested it to a few.

Not many.  I provide the consultation,  It's up to the seller to follow through.  Most do the minimum though.

Actually 'zero' in our particular niche Tony and Suzanne Marriott, Associate Brokers.  Now that being said, some do ask 'what can I do to make my home look better', and that is usually a very easy answer, as clearing out and cleaning up is prime!  Some have also asked if they should do minor up-dates, which is always a plus, especially for those who are 'planning ahead' to put their home on the Market in the future, and not tomorrow!

For those that mentioned the agent being expected to pay for staging....

I recommend to the agents I work with that they SUGGEST but not OFFER TO PAY for staging. I see better results when the sellers are invested in the process.

In a "buyer's market" I was much more successful in hiring a stager.  Have one going on the market next weekend, and it will be vacant, and should still receive many offers within a couple of days.

A Photographer Yes, but only a select few...

Staging isn't really big in my area. Sellers just haven't caught on to the advantages of it. 

Zero, unless they are investors with an empty home and a unique floorplan that could benefit from full staging.

Zero here in Minot ND as I'm only aware of one stager and I don't know of anyone ever using her.
