Good morning David. I decided to start blogging nearly 5 years ago, that has had the biggest impact.
Among other things, I decided to tackle a "lender's problem";
getting borrower's documents in my hand in a TIMELY. manner
I printed a new trifold handout brochure and included a document checklist in it. I tell my buyers "this is your job to have all of these at our mortgage application appointment or ASAP thereafter". The response has been instant and amazing and my agents love it too because it gives the buyers something to do to help themselves. And the buyers are excited to be part of the process. It's actually a big deal and sense of accomplishment when they present everything to me. And for me; it's solved a "lender's problem".

Have not implemented any new marketing, adding more videos hopefully!
Change my thinking and study those who are more successful than myself.
I have added an agent to help develop my leads. I want a better conversion rate.
