Why yes because 9 times out of 10 they are not describing what they've done correctly or the 'new kitchen' turns out to be done in 2000. I've even had people describe their house as 3BR & it's got 4.

Sorry, I don't play that game. I want to know who and what I'm dealing with before I give out dollar information. Sounds like someone who is going FSBO. Whatever information I give out, there is some "agency" involved and I don't want the liability.

Absolutely not.

I love it!

I fire up the CIS Score and let them calculate the value of their home based on their intimate knowledge of the house and my expert knowledge of their community. And the only knowledge they need is "Brand new" or 'needs replaced." It's a beautiful thing.
