Yeah but I think my state wins for best year round weather. AZ is hot in the summer time and Hawaii is... well, it's Hawaii!  AZ and CO are great too. Both favorites of mine.

I live in the Sunshine State of Florida.  But I lived in Phoenix for several years.  Arizona definitely takes the prize.  

     *When it's 115 degrees plus in Phoenix, and your skin is turning red as you look at it, Arizonans like to say, "It's okay, it's a dry heat."

And the sunshine in August is brutal.

Oh well, I still love living in Erie, PA even though we didn't win.
