I'll go off the grid here and say;  TRI-FOLD !   OK; my presentations and Realtor's are not the same.   Often mine are the 30 second elevator pitch type to a total stranger and I always have a brochure in my purse to share.   You never know when or where or to whom or under what circumstances opportunity will present itself so I make it a point to always be ready !

I think I use both equally Tony and Suzanne Marriott, Associate Brokers it just depends upon what is on the slide/screen.

Prefer landscape, but have used portrait!

 The norm is portrait, however, I have read articles were landscape creates a different perspective.

Depends on what we are presenting, many of them involve us walking through the landscape presenting a verbal picture of what we will be doing for the client in their forested land.

To me it totally depends on what I am doing.  For instance today I was designing some transparent signs on Avery labels and to maximize the space I used two pages and cut them, one was portrait and the other was landscape.
