I'll go off the grid here and say; TRI-FOLD ! OK; my presentations and Realtor's are not the same. Often mine are the 30 second elevator pitch type to a total stranger and I always have a brochure in my purse to share. You never know when or where or to whom or under what circumstances opportunity will present itself so I make it a point to always be ready !
