Just another day, but it takes a day or two to digest the change!

No will not go to bed early, will adjust over next couple of days.

We were both so worn out last night we went to bed at 10:30 which is early for us.

I went to bed early and woke up early.   

I'll sleep in tomorrow and probably do the same on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday as well. 

Life goes on here at the lake.  I think I'll probably stay out on the boat for, . . . . . . say maybe, . . . . . . an extra hour tomorrow evening.

Sounds like a plan !    Thank you for reminding me !  

I have three buyers right now, long hours, and that darn time change is annoying!   Still feel tired.

I go to bed when I'm tired and wake up when I am done sleeping.  I don't do alarms unless sabsolutely necessary for an early morning appointment.  The time change won't really affect me.

I did none of the above... just powering through it.

I went to bed normal time and woke up after my normal sleep cycle. If you stop clock watching you will have no side effects.

I just clicked the time ahead an hour when I hit the sack

and set the time so I would get ready for Worship Sunday AM.

I liked it better when you always kne to "Spring Forward" the first Sunday in April and \

"Fall Back" the first Sunday in October!

None of the above, I can do well with a flexible sleep schedule.

 No, the computers  and phones will reset themselves and I will allow my body to reset itself of its due time.

One of many things I love about living on Kauai is we don't change our clocks twice a year.

I will sleep an extra hour.  I had to work tonight, so I couldn't turn in early.

I do not notice the difference usually, since I wake at at different times during week and weekends.

Skip one hour of sleep and fall asleep at open house.

Hi Fred I think early bed is a good idea 

yes, no, and likely for the next two weeks.  It really throws me off.  My body clock is pretty set. I don't typically use an alarm, I will have to use one for the next month or I will be late.

I'll probably keep my usual schedule tonight and in the morning then be out of sync all week.

I will go to bed early and will still feel a little jet lag the next few days because of the sunlight change.

Same schedule here.  Just maybe a little extra rest before church.

I'm conducting a training class in the morning, so I'll sleep in on Monday... if the Real Estate Gods will let me.

I don't know Fred Griffin but I am no fan of Day Light Savings time.

I'll probably go to bed at the usual time.  Probably will get up later in the morning.

No plans either way. The clock will not dictate what I do this evening. My body will dictate ... I have low energy today ... so maybe it will be an early to bed night ... or not. I'll have to get back with you on that
