I can handle them, NO problem !   Two classes off the top.

First, the proper way to create, improve and maintain a high credit score.   Most young folks (and a lot of older ones too) don't understand the whole credit score concept.

Second, a First Time Home Buyer's seminar.   Preparing to purchase a home is sooooo much more than a credit score and this followup can help them get their ducks, and their DOCS, in a row.

Good morning Annette. Have no plans on changing my audience, it doesn't matter to me the size of the transaction, all have the right to my mortgage knowledge and ability.

If your audience isn't giving you the reaction you want, you definitely should change either the audience or your approach to communicating with that audience.

Yes, changing my audience has great value assuming I attract an audience that has property to sell or the means to buy in my niche. I've been experimenting with attracting more millenials. So far so good!
