Definitely like Nina Hollander and Candice A. Donofrio mentioned, a shortage of dark chocolate.  We actually drove a bit out of our way for an appt, because we knew that the store there had our 86% dark chocolate favorite.  And we bought every bar they had...A

Some days, it's life in general! Absence of chocolate in my life is a big stress factor. People who are late for appointments totally stress me out.

I agree with Brenda Mayette . It can be hard for me to not stress out when I feel like I am not in control. It is especially hard when I have alot going on at once. When I can step back, think about it, and figure out how to handle the situation I can chill.

Stupidity in upper management, lower management - even the cleaning crew.

My husband's musical instrument shopping addiction--now that's stressful. ;)

People with bad driving habits.

Life's too short to be anything but happy

My hubby sometimes, but I love him in spite of himself.   He means well but after I've had a long day; I want to come home and relax.

He, on the other hand, wants to talk about how my day went.   I know he's being caring and compassionate but I don't want to relive my day's activities.

I hate the wait when I put in an offer until I hear back.

Non stop harasser want you take care of everything after transaction expect you to fix every concern at no cost to them.  

Appraisers who OVER price REO listings in poor condition but under price owner occupied homes in great condition. Banks that cant sign their deeds so we can close.

People who are not fully engaged: they are distracted or worse: "multi-tasking.

They do not follow simple directions, or do not listen to a voice-mail before calling you back and people who don not read a post entirely before commenting on a blog.

When a week goes by and very quiet, and EVERYONE wants something on one day often times in a short timeframe.
