There are so many Home Owners that act like they really want to sell their homes. 

But many times Agents begin to wonder, with tenants either renting, guests over all the time, home aways a total mess at showings, setting up appointments that are so many times canceled for some odd reasons.

     Have a listing where the roof is covered with debris.  The Seller has told me once a week for that past month that he will get someone to blow it off.  Hasn't happened yet!  

    So, guess who is calling the yard guy to go over there and clean off that roof?
