Any day in my world is a good day to write an offer or list a property.

It varies with me.

I wish there was a particular day Ginger because that would make the decision much easier of which ones I'd work. I've narrowed it down to eight!

I've never tracked that, Ginger. I do notice how often it is a weekend day though!

No single day stands out for getting new clients around here.   I am very fortunate to be blessed with a steady stream of calls, emails and visits.   

I have never noticed that one day is better than another to write an offer. In fact any day of the week or time of day works for me.

In 30 years I have never noticed any particular day of the week, just happens whenever I meet with new clients.

The best day is any day of the week.  i write them whenever I can.

My best day is always tomorrow. I think I will always be better tomorrow than I am today, but if I'm not, then I always have another tomorrow.

I don't think any particular day has me writing any more contracts than another. I do seem to get slammed with a lot of work on Friday afternoon, though. This could be showings, a CMA or writing a contract. 

I tell my clients when they want to write an offer then they will make my day.

Any day I have a client who wants to write an offer is a good day!

Not one particular day but any day works for me.

EVERYDAY and ANYDAY, as long as a Contract is written and we get to the Closing Table!

Wrote two yesterday one to buy and one to sell(listing) yesterday. Just got a text let me think through ..... What a bummer....

Our listings have been generally coming on the market Thursday/Friday with offers being presented either Sunday evening or Monday.  So usually write on Sunday. 

No such day in my life... I will happily write contracts any day of the week!

Seems like Fridays have been very popular for coming to terms.

I don't track such metrics.

I often find agents write contract Thursday night after business hours just before a 4-day holiday (30 day contract of course). So I walk in Monday morning with 26 days left and I haven't started yet. Tuesday morning I'm getting the calls from both sides: "Is the appraisal back yet??"

Just sayin'...
