Primarily to BUYERS obviously, as a Mortgage Loan Originator but, . . . . . I don't overlook the sellers.   If they are selling their current residence, there's a high likelihood they are going to purchase another one.

I provide comparison sheets based on their asking price showing potential buyers a breakdown of the costs of different loan programs.   It's a great information piece, supportive of the seller, while informative to the potential buyer.   And it has ALL my contact information on it that can lead to business from either, whether they do a deal with each other or not !

So, in the end, I'd say I market to BOTH; or ALL  of the above, because Realtors often pick them up and call me later to do the same for them and help them with their  future Open Houses.

Both... my business is typically pretty evenly split between both.

As an independent broker in California and Hawaii, I do not put limits on what I will handle. I've found that listings get me buyers, and the other way around. Many of my clients are investors in both states. I love the variety, keeps it interesting and I keep learning.

to and for sellers..... when a buyer calls, we discuss buyer agency....and tell them that need a buyer's agent ....we are listing agents and we do not participate in dual agency.....they can work with us, but we do not represent them...most have buyer agents....

Buyers.  Yeah, I know everyone thinks that's dumb, but I love working with buyers!

Both.  Lately our marketing has been more towards sellers because of the crazy market.  We'll always work with both.

We market to both Buyers and Sellers, though in my first year as a realtor we have more Sellers than Buyers Tony and Suzanne Marriott, Associate Brokers.  From Roger's comments, every year can be different! 

Both. My preference is to work with buyers, but I absolutely believe the "list to last" train of thought so know that I should not exclude sellers from my efforts. 

Right now both, but would prefer just Sellers, as our inventory is so low! 

I do both ... our marketing expenses are about 50 / 50 to buyer, seller. Although our Z marketing (which I count as buyer marketing) brought in five listings over the last year.

We work mostly with buyers who find us over the internet.,and referrals. We recently began a mailing campaign to condo owners as inventory is very low...
