I see your profile image, if you have any issues, call AR staff. They are quite helpful.
Support will help you but be patient it may take some time for them to contact you back.
There is a size and for some reason, the dimensions you gave do seem to ring true.
What browser are you using? Try chrome. I don't have any image upload problems.
I was on Windows and had trouble, so I switched to Chrome and now I don't have those problems.
I see your logo here. Or are you trying to upload a different one?
