The reason I will stay here is:  My clients and my co-workers.   I care greatly about MY clients and the quality of the products, service and treatment they receive.   American National Bank and Trust has the same or more products than other banks and Lenders.   The services available on the banking side are as good or better than the others.   How a customer is treated is key and our staff goes the extra distance to look out for the customers AND most important to your question; WE look out for and care about each other.

I'll be here until I retire !

My broker has been in business 40 years with the same company. He's also been a leader on various boards and committees at the local and state level. He's served on the professional standards board. He knows how this business works and how to do it the right way. 

I'm following in his footsteps. I've served on my board at the local level for six years and will continue to do so. This year I also took on a leadership position at the state level. I'm also being considered for one of two PAG committees at the state level. 

Grass is not always greener and I make my own business so I will be fine wherever I am.

Owning is seems like enough of a reason for me.

there's no reason to move.... when and if the phone stops ringing, it's the agent's fault.... learn to market....everytime you jump ship, you leave business behind....you lose money.... 

We have a great managing broker and an awesome team of agents.

I heard yesterday that now 90% of real estate agents move to a different office or quit every year~ sounds too much, right?

I don't own it yet, but it's run by my parents.  Commission splits are good (100% to me, unless we partner up on a transaction).  Flexibility and the ability to run my own show and invent my own titles.  Not only am I a realtor, but I'm also the CTO, CISO, Chief Instructor, ...   I make the job what I want it to be.

With my old broker it was loyalty and autonomy to run my business as I wanted to. I have a new broker due to a sale of the business, and so far I like her and the way she runs things so no plans of leaving.

It meets our needs, best we've found - and no "surprises"!

I like the flexibility of my office.  I have an office at my hotel, so I can oversee the hotel as well as get leads from hotel guests.  This works great for me.

Nothing so I opened my own doors.

My brokerage is the most production company in town with a great reputation. Beyond that, they leave me alone to run my business the way I see fit and that's what matters to me.
