For me, it depends on the situation. I've done both as needed.

I try not to have a type but instead, work with whatever is needed at the time.

I'm a problem solver, not a provocateur.   As a firefighter's wife, I know BOTH methods can be used to control and extinguish a conflagration.

As I recall I belive it is type A, take some kind of Action.  Don't just stand there.....

Each situation is different, and requires a different answer.

The testing shows a high "D". Prefer to think I go with the flow given the situation.

Good morning Peter. I am told, type A personality, but not 100% sure I really know what that means.

Depends on what kind of fire it is.

I have a type A personality and have always had a short fuse.  That said, I've learned over the years that calm and cool gets the job done.  I will fight for my clients and I'm not afraid to get nasty, but I do it with a calmness.  So far so good!

Depends on the situation and my mood.  Sometimes the napalm comes out by accident...

I fight with whatever is appropriate for the situation.  

I fight with a cool down period for analyzing all sides and coming up with a logical response. I really do try to look at all perspectives before spouting off.  

I figure it's their problem, and I'm here to solve it for them. We are talking in real estate, of course. Personally? Stay away from volatile people, they have more problems than I want to get dragged into. That includes those with mood swings. Seem to come across a lot of those lately.

I fight fire with a blow torch....

If at all possible I would avoid the fire, but if it's enevitable I usually bring a gas can.

I'm not a fighter.  Well.....That's my story anyway.

I do not fight but instead, help people to look to see why they do?

What an interesting question.... I would say that it depends on the circumstances and how strongly I feel about something.

I think it depends on the situation, but I would prefer to resolve issues if at all possible.

It is best to wait until there is no fire.
