Susan Laxson This has nothing to do with real estate. I wish I would have taken formal music lessons when I was growing up. It would have put me years ahead when I was younger. Guitar is the easiest instrument to learn, but the hardest one to play expertly.

I wish I had learned to ski at an earlier age.  It is something I truly love, and I will get up at the crack of dawn to get up on the slopes.  And it is never too late.  There is an 86 year old gentleman who took his first Yoga class and is still going.  It has improved his golf game, and his swing got better as a result.  You are never too old.  Meet us in Utah next season!  A

Having an accounting and financial background, I wish I had learned more about the stock market and investing prior to the 1990s when Apple, Google, Microsoft and others were just start up businesses.

My mother was constantly learning and evolving until she dies at 95. She inspired me that it is never too late. At 68 I am more successful than ever plus I have learned to make it a great life, not just a great career.

No regrets here. Looking back, I've always packed as much into my life as possible. Chose work and places where I could do so. Real estate does that for me at this point in my life.

if there's something I want to learn now that I missed earlier in life, I'll do it now....I always wanted to learn to lift weights.... well, I do that now... every other day....

Life is a learning experience, something new on the list every day.

Psychology. I took one course in college but it was late at night after a very long day and I fell asleep in class most of the time! I failed because of that! I would like to have pursued a degree. It would certainly be helpful now!

I wished I had had voice lessons and pursued some acting classes. Though it isn't too late, I have other interests now.

I wish I'd started writing novels earlier. I was 59 when my first book was published, and as I get ready to publish #8 this summer, I have so many ideas, there doesn't seem to be enough time.

I wish that I would have gone into Real Estate when I was just out of school, instead of waiting so long.

I regret that I have not yet mastered the Latin, Greek, and Hebrew languages.

Yes, I should have plunked down the $51K to learn to fly that helicopter. Of course, that was just the basics. There was more flight time after that.

There are many, many, many, many, .... "lessons" I wish I learned at a younger age.  People I shouldn't have avoided and some I should have.

As to learning something in school or taking a sport, nothing really comes to mind.  If I'm interested in something I go and learn it.

For me, I really wish someone pushed me to learn multiple languages when I was younger.  Being a polyglot is such an advantage in the world.
