No. I personally would not give a "gift" to anyone with my name and/or logo on it.  It would be more personalized to THEM ... not me.

Quality product but very pricey.  Fortunately they last forever.

My hubby bought set from college freshman who was trying to raise $$$.  We still have the knives but the kid didn't complete first semester.  Ugh!

I give a cutting board and a Cutco knife at all my closing over 100K.  If there are any less than 100K they get a cutting board regardless.  They IMHO a great gift and I have a supply of them

Eric,

According to legend giving knives as a gift can cut the friendship unless you also include a coin.  I don't like giving anyone a knife as a gift.  I have seen them, and heard praise about them.  It is just our opinion, as we like picking out our own knives when we need one.  A

Though I have never bought it, I have seen many agents buying this gift (specially engraved) for their life-time memories.

I personally own Cutco knives and have for two decades. They are expensive but quality is great and they are as sharp today as they were 20 years ago. That being said, I simply won't give knives as a gift to anyone. It may just be a superstition... but I feel it's bad luck to gift knives.

They don't fit the needs of my clientele so I am not a purchaser of them but the quality and price are commensurate with the hands on service our longtime local representative provides. A well designed and balanced knife that virtually lasts forever, where can you find that in a gift at any price Eric.

The Slap Chopper.  Just kidding.  No knives though, although quality is great, it seems dangerous.  First time home buyers ussually get gift card to a major chain hardware store because they'll probably need it.  Other buyers, maybe a bottle of something something in a gift  basket if I know they drink.  Yes, it's dangerous too... use in moderation.
