Here we would blame Post Office as anything mailed from my next door neighbor in Erie goes to Pittsburgh via truck, processed at Pittsburgh post office then trucked back to Erie for delivery.  Heaven help us if there is a blizzard.  DELAY . . . EXCUSES . . .UGH!

Maybe it's a new marketing strategy. Deliver out of dates calenders in hopes that people will call and tell you they got last years calender. Then the agent starts his/her foot in the door script, "Oh I'm sorry, my mistake, how about I drop off this years calender right away, Will this evening work, or is tomorrow better for you"?

Well, being remembered is important in sales and I bet you will remember that agent's name! That agent got your attention so won in that respect. But now you know what type of marketing they are doing and who is farming your area so they lose in that respect.
