I don't but have seriously considered it.   With the new TRID guidelines and time limits, I am there almost daily mailing priority packages to my clients for signatures.

It's only a short walk from my office and with prettier weather, it would give me an excuse to get outside and get a little exercise in during my lunch break.   That could be a good thing.

I do, but for security purposes.  Since I work out of my house and have rental properties, my BRE registered address is the PO box.  I also send mail from certain organizations I belong to there, so if they get compromised the hackers have only a PO box.

I am surprised how many agents do use a P.O. Box.  I do not.  I use the office address on all professional correspondence.

Yes. In Carmel-by-the-Sea the post office does not deliver to addresses. In fact, we have no addresses! Although there is a private contractor who delivers mail to a few in town, mostly those who can't make it to the post office.

So if Google wants to find my office address, where does it look?

"Dolores between 5th & 6th." Google was confused, to say the least, so I called them to put the "x" into a specific place:

"6 NW of 6th on Dolores"

At least I THINK it is the 6th building on Dolores, and on the north west side from the corner of 6th Avenue.

No, just a home address with a cluster box for our mail.    On occasion we do run into the neighbors at the mailbox!

    Yes... but not for the reasons you mention in your blog. 

     I have 2 mailboxes because

(1)  They are a tax deduction. 

(2)  Less chance of mail getting mis-delivered.

(3)  Mail is more secure in a Post Office than a mailbox on the street.
